About me
Hello ◡̈ My name is Deb.
For much of my life, I felt like I didn’t quite fit — in school, in work, and even in spaces that were meant to feel supportive. From a young age, I lived with persistent mental and physical strain, and for many years I searched for relief through effort, understanding, and self-improvement.
I learned how easily the mind can move between overdrive and collapse — between trying to keep up and trying to control. Over time, this led me to explore many approaches to healing and personal growth. While some offered temporary relief, none addressed what felt most essential.
Eventually, something shifted. I began to see that much of my suffering was rooted in identification with thought — with the stories I had taken myself to be. As attention turned away from fixing and toward direct noticing, a quieter clarity became available.
MindSpeak grew from this understanding. It reflects a simple, grounded way of guiding others to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with a sense of clarity that doesn’t depend on effort or improvement.
My role is not to change you, but to support you in seeing what’s already here.
